Undetected formed in 2003 when Matt Rockman (guitar) and Ryan Manning (bass) left the Harrisburg, PA cover/original rock act, locke. Jer (drums) was recruited from Manning's former band, Psyfon. In 2005, Undetected added Gabrielle LaPlante (vocals/violin) and Ajay Cheney (cello/violin). In 2006, Undetected recorded ghost in the system, an EP which was never released due to internal conflict. Then the band broke up, and it looks like they will never play again. Rockman, Manning, and Jer continued to collaborate, and have demoed a few tracks recording under the name, the perfect violation.
