Ulitimu' Nivel is a pop punk band band from Baia Mare, Romania. It started in 1990 with a band named Infectus with the members: Ozon (guitar), Hinu' (vocals), Cosmin (drums) and Dan (guitar). The first demo material was "Drumul spre Iad" (the road to hell) and included 10 trash metal songs. Cosmin leaves the band and then comes a 5 year pause. In 1996 the band is back in a new formula: Ozon (guitar and vocal) Hinu' (vocal), Dan (percussion) and they make the second demo album with 15 pop rock tracks. The wanted success didn't come and this time Dan leaves the band. Ozon and Hinu' change the name from Infectus to Ultimu' Nivel in 1998. They wrote 2 songs: "Soarta ta" and "Nu mai rezist", songs which bring them to the local stage along with Spitalu’ Mare, Brigada N.V.. Hinu’ leaves the band for the family and the becomes the lyricist. OzoN is the only member from Ultimu' Nivel that didn't quit the band. But in 2002, Johnnu’ (Spitalu’ Mare) proposes to OzoN to rebuild the band singing the old songs. The drummer Cristi "Sonoru’" Mateșan enters the band and then the vocal solist Corzan too. After many ups and downs, they end up singing pop punk/alternative. They become better known when their good friend Cypro includes the song "Sabia lui Zorro" in the 3rd episode of Unguru' Bulan on the radio.
