Ulrika comes from the southern part of Sweden called Småland. This is also the area, from which she has her repertoire. Ulrika has been playing, dancing and singing traditional music since she was a little girl and she is now working as a musician, singing teacher and as archivist. Ulrika has studied both Swedish, Norwegian and Irish traditional music. Ulrika is a member of the wellknown band Sågskära, with whom she has recorded three CDs. She has been singing in a lot of the Europeian countries, USA, Singapore and 2004 she represented Swedish traditional music in China.
