One the many aliases of Toshio Nakanishi (a.k.a Tycoon To$h) (Born Jan 13, 1956 in Tokyo). He is one of three main members that make up Major Force Productions hip-hop crew, along with KUDO and Kan Takagi (高木完). The crew hails from Japan and has their own label, Major Force/File records, which they have released music on since 1988. Their material has been adored by James Lavelle and has been released on his Mo Wax label. He also best known as the founding member of Plastics in 1976. He currently lives between Tokyo and London.
