After listening to the Jam, Iron Maiden and Alice Cooper, David, Michael and Keith got together in the early 90's. David and Keith had started getting the band together and in depserate need for a bass player Keith manage to crash in Michael's car and after a chat in casualty, the band was complete. So the Coventry combo wrote, rehearsed and gigged until someone noticed how good they were. They quickly built up a local following and Blue Suede Shoes soon came out on local label SIC records. The fanzines took notice, the NME took notice, and the industry took notice and so it came to pass Twin Hazey signed up with Polydor on the understanding no-one introduced them to Shed 7. So they signed... what now. 2 singles with amazing reviews, festival gigs, TV and touring. Everything was sweet. The album was written and demoed to such a high quality it was almost not worth recording the "posh" version. But the album never came out, they still have it,we all might get to here it one day. But alas Twin Hazey left Polydor and feeling a little disheartened in a "that's the music industry is it" kind of way, they stopped rehearsing... not split up, they've never split up, they just stopped rehearsing.
