Twas Brillig was a psychedelic band from Minnesota in the late 60s. They were originally called The Electras, but had to choose a new name when conflicts arose with another band of the same name. After two members of the band were drafted, they broke up. Guitarist Bill Bulinski has since formed The Greaseballs.
