Tumbleweed Dealer is a stoner rock band from Montreal, Canada. The band started around summer of 2012, at first as a one man band home recording tracks for fun for Seb Painchaud, known mostly for playing bass for brutal death metal band The Last Felony. Former TLF guitarist Felix Roberge came in and programmed proper drums and the band released its debut EP 'Death Rides Southwards' that same summer. A few months later the band decided to get an actual drummer and release a full length. Carl Boreman, of Dopethrone fame, was brought it and Felix took on more of a musical director role. Tumbleweed Dealer released it's debut, self-titled album on April 27th of 2013. The band quickly wrote and started recording a follow-up. Carl left the band to focus on Dopethrone and Jean-Francois Richard, drummer for Ion Dissonance, was brought in. The band recruted former I.D. and Negativa bassist Miguel Valade after the recording had started, so Seb played bass on the album, but they released in May of this year a single featuring all 3 members, Resurrected Yet Again, a re-recording of a track off of the 'Death Rides Southwards' EP. On June 23rd the band release it's sophomore effort, Werstern Horror, to great reviews, and will be hitting the stage before summer's end for their first shows. Featuring members of The Last Felony & Dopethrone and former members of Vatican, Ion Dissonance, Nefastus Dies and too many more, Tumbleweed Dealer plays instrumental stoner/desert rock with a western
