Trina E. Braxton, the 5th child to Michael and Evelyn Braxton, is a mutli-talented actress and singer. Most notably she appeared in the 2004 Tyler Perry play, Meet the Browns as Tracy Stevens. She was also part of the play called “Rise” written by Cheryl “Salt” James-Wray from Salt-n-Pepa and Christopher “Play” Martin from the rap duo Kid n Play. Trina has also appeared in “The Walk” with Eva Pigford and Vanessa Bell. She has toured and traveled with several other plays and co-starred in two independent films including “Jail Party” and hosted the un-broadcasted Urban Idol for UPN. As well as being an actress, Trina started singing with her sisters when she was barely a pre-teen they formed a group known as “The Braxton’s.” while in the group she discovered her passion for songwriting and modeling. Trina currently resides in Suwanee, GA with her second husband Gabriel and sons Eric (16 years old) and Caleb (13 years old). She had her first son at the tender age of 17. Today Trina finds herself singing background for sister, Toni, and recording with her band “Simply Irresistible” at their studio The BassMint in Atlanta, GA. In addition, Trina also juggles her busy schedule as mom, wife and online college student with her career as singer and inspiring actress. Now that Trina’s children are all grown-up she enjoys her “me time” partaking in the nightlife scene.
