Hailing from Essex, UK Trees & Trees are a one-man-band at present, with Jack Richardson on all musician and production duties. With music currently in the pipeline, waiting for be recorded, the catalogue of songs is steadily growing. As the lines of a Pukka-Pad become gradually filled, so too will be list of properly recorded songs.(As apposed to hurried home-demos!!!) A broad range of influences, scoping from folk, to rock, to metal and every step in-between, can be heard in the whining of the guitar. Acoustically City & Colour, Bon Iver, Bright Eyes, Damien Rice, Jose Gonzales, William Fitzsimmons & Bob Dylan play their parts in influencing the music. Its not overtly emotional, loud, brash, or even experimental, but it is soul searching, quiet and thoughtful And won-over or not, Its Free!... so.. why not??
