What's the first thing that comes to your mind? Vehicles jammed on a busy road, with sounds of horning - very annoying. But the rising stars of male’ - the music band "Traphic Jam" takes the meaning entirely differently. They say that Traphic Jam means the overload of depression, stress and outside pressure to oneself. This is Traphic Jams meaning for Traphic Jam. Traphic Jam exposes these disturbances through the world of music. They started for fun in the early days of 2005 - just playing to fill their free time. The first members were Kayano (Vocal), Faube (Lead Guitar), Afu (Guitar), Kokako (Bass) & Hammi (Drums). They also performed their gigs for small crowds of friends and neighbors, first in the Independence Day and in Ramadan the same year. These performances turned out to be a huge success for the band paving the way for competition. The current members the band are Kayaano (Vocal), Faube (Lead Guitarist), Iflah (Rhythm Guitarist), Samaray (Bass Guitarist) and Rimah (Drums). They focus on developing more mature music and add it to the lyrics of Kayaano and grungy riffs of Faube, taking the band to the next level. Traphic Jam was officially registered on 16 of July 2006. Traphic Jam gained most of their popularity through their performances in Male'; from the show "Livehelp" in 2006 december; which was a fund raising music show to help the victims of tsunami.
