The history of Transition Elements started 2012 in the studio A1, which is located in Kirchdorf, Switzerland. The band members took part in a workshop called Blueskidz, where young blues enthusiasts are able to play and record an ablum in a blues band. In this formation, they won the "Young Jazz and Blues Award" at the "Jazz und Blues Days" in Beringen, Switzerland. But after 2 years they left the project. In the summer of 2017, Rahel Mueller recived an offer to play as a supporting act for the Blueskidz at the Badenfahrt Festival. So she asked Alessandro and Marco, a.k.a Luzi, to play with her at these two gigs. After just two rehearshals, Transition Elements (then called "Rahel and friends") was ready to play the 15min opening act onthe Jazz and blues stage at the Badenfahrt festival. After the Badenfahrt gigs, they recived a lot of positive feedback, so the band decided to work togheter in the future. Since then, they play their own songs and covers on stage.
