We are the Totally Awesome Fun Band. We hail from Lincoln, NE. We're big fans of holidays and always celebrate them with costume parties. The girth of the swingin' tunes we create come directly from the over-sized noggin of Blake Salem. We usually learn them, re-write them, re-write them again, then play them a few times before re-writing them one more time. ATTENTION!!! We aren't going to be playing any shows for a few months while Blake explores the finer education systems of greater China. It's a waste of time to ask before July, but we love you for thinking about us!! Little known facts about TAFB: Mikey and Tay have yellow fever. We play the Tuz. We have a song on the Space Jam soundtrack. It's a hidden track after "Buggin'" by Bugs Bunny. Since we didn't sell them licensing they couldn't produce our name, so they made it hidden at the end, which we're cool with now. Ryan lives in Oklahoma 95% of the year. We celebrate our birthdays by practicing, we'll play yours too! We really really like sandwiches and steelies. We practice in a Green Bay Packers shed.
