Total Maniac are a Thrash N Roll band from Baltimore Maryland. Forming in 2017, after the break up of their previous band, Raw Filth, Ben Martin (bass), Nick Etson (guitar), and George Christiansen (drums), recruited Diamond Dustin to sing for their new project. Early on the band's sound could be described as metal infused d-beat and motor punk, through the years their sound has evolved into what they call Thrash N Roll, drawing influences from Slayer, King Diamond, Motorhead, Van Halen, and Guns N Roses. 2019 saw the release of their five song demo, which was released digitally and on an unknown number of cassettes. In 2021 the band parted ways with George, added Vaughn Volkman on drums, and shortly after Mike Brown on guitar, making the band now a five piece. Late in 2021 Total Maniac began work on their self titled full length, which was release in August of 2022.
