Toshiyuki Morikawa is a Japanese voice actor, singer, and narrator known for voicing many prominent characters in numerous anime and video games. in 2011; with fellow voice actor Jun Fukuyama, the two founded the voice acting company Axl One, which is now ran by Morikawa.
