"Tony Shoebox- an energetic alternative/rock/pop/indie quartet from Glasgow, Scotland." Tony Shoebox create a varied yet unique sound based around infectious melodies, contrasting vocal harmonies and pounding drum beats. The distinctive line-up consists of two-guitarists, a bassist and drummer, although the drummer becomes front man, and a guitarist becomes the drummer, during the average live show. With more than four years of solid live gigging experience, performances are tailored to an art; with attention grabbing songs and high energy dynamics taking place. Influences range from Idlewild & Bloc Party to Teenage Fanclub & Something Corporate- and this is heard through the different musical styles played and performed.
