Tony ALL is exactly what it sounds like — Tony Lombardo, the former bassist for Descendents, and ALL. Bill Stevenson (ALL, Descendents, Black Flag) allegedly owed Tony Lombardo money and requested to repay him in the form of an album, to which Lombardo agreed. Twelve tracks are featured on the album, “New Girl, Old Story”, five of which have Lombardo featured on vocals. The other tracks have Scott Reynolds of ALL & Karl Alvarez of Descendents and ALL on vocals. All songs were written by Lombardo in a ten year span, (1979 - 1989) and are presumably scrapped Descendents songs.
