Tommy Palm was born Thomas Palmigiano in 1931 in Brooklyn, New York, USA. He was a composer & lyricist, singer & guitarist. He recorded as Tommy Palm for BOP records, his own label. He was also a leading member of the vocal group the Rogues, under the label Old Town Records, whose music he also wrote. His work with both bands was more or less simultaneous, circa 1956-1958.
