Straight outta Catford, Tom Lown is the latest addition to the Sud Up roster, with this release hot on the heels of the Agent Ried/Dlay & Tommi Bass EP's. Having previously held a DJ residency in New York at SubKulture, it was during one of his visits back to London, playing at Peg, where Tom first caught the attention of the Sud Up crew with his super deep style, and some 3 years on, we are pleased to present his first release for us. Following on from his remix recently released on Savant Guard Records comes Tom's debut release - 6am EP. Fusing house rhythms with a downtempo, almost lounge-like aesthetic these three tracks are sure to appeal to those who like it deeeeeeep. From the lush, structured melodies of BK Hang & That 6am Track through to the more straight-up deep house of Sub Bubble, this is a cracking first release that ticks all of the boxes.
