Tom Heyman made his indie recording debut as a member of Philly area roots rockers Go To Blazes, before venturing out west to San Francisco, California. He launched a solo career and also established himself as a sought-after sideman to bands like Court & Spark (pedal steel) and Chuck Prophet (lead guitar), among others. His second solo record Deliver Me was critically acclaimed, receiving 4 star reviews in both Mojo and Uncut magazine, and songs from the record were heard in the TV shows True Blood, Justified and Damages. In 2014 he released his third solo album That Cool Blue Feeling recorded in Portland with producer Mike Coykendall with help from musical compatriot Rusty Miller (Kelley Stoltz, Jason Lyttle) . In addition to 5 90's era Go To Blazes albums, and his earlier solo albums Boarding House Rules and Deliver Me, he has contributed to tribute records for Kris Kristofferson and Joe South, and recorded and performed with all sorts of great artists including Alejandro Escovedo, Dave Dondero, John Doe , Okkervil River, The Cult Inside My Head, and Paula Frazer.
