Tobias Schulz was born in 1981 in Berlin, Germany. As a 3 year old he was already playing the drums & keyboard, a passion for sound which soon turned into a love for electronic music. As he grew older he was sure that he would give all his energy to this music. While enjoying the nightlife in Berlin, he decided to buy his first production equipment in 1999. His first performances followed and although playing in front of small audiences, his production style found more and more favor with club goers. In 2005 he founded the DJ-team "phonothek" together with NEPOMUK and SAN.MIGUEL which stirs up many a live audience in Berlin’s clubs. In 2006 he joined the newly-founded agency "FAMOS" alongside artists such as Diringer, Gunnar Stiller and James Alexander. In August the first FAMOS-Party was held at Berlin’s "Polar.TV". His blend of tech-house and electro to minimal tech transcends the dancefloor & quite simply makes party-goers move. Since the beginning of 2006 he begins to spend more time on studio production work and we can listen to first results soon, the first as a release on Pinksilver.
