Real name 谢锐韬 (Xie Ruitao), Tizzy T was born on February 22, 1993, in Chaozhou, Guangdong, China. He is a male hip-hop artist and music producer from Mainland China. In 2010, Tizzy T won the championship at the “嘴上瘾” (Zui Shang Yin) Beatbox competition in South China, marking his official entry into the entertainment industry. In 2012, he formed the rap group “双赤” (Double Red) with fellow artist Person. In 2016, he released his debut solo album, “你的男孩” (Your Boy). The following year, he participated in the iQIYI hip-hop competition show “中国有嘻哈” (China Has Hip-Hop), where he reached the finals and finished in the top six nationwide. That same year, he received the 工匠精神·青年榜样 (Craftsmanship Spirit: Young Role Models) award for new emerging musicians. In January 2018, he was honored as the 年度最受关注音乐人 (Most Anticipated Musician) at the 2017 网易云音乐原创盛典 (Netease Cloud Music Original Ceremony). On August 22, he released his second solo album, “夜行动物园” (Nocturnal Zoo). Later, on October 26, he received the 时尚音乐先锋大奖 (Fashion Music Pioneer Award) from 凤凰网 (Phoenix Fashion). On November 26, he dropped his third solo album, “无主之地” (No Man's Land). On January 17, 2019, Tizzy T was awarded the “花房之夜” (Flower House Night) for 年度最佳说唱音乐人 (Best Rap Musician).
