Timothy Parkes The Irish-English boy. Son of an Irish nurse, and a Black Country engineer as a father. Currently featured on 'Shared' and album put together by Miles Hunt of the Wonderstuff. Planning a first official release album, for some time in 2010. Also Playing some guitar parts live with July Skies. Having secured the respect of esteemed musician, Gary Lucas, co-writer of the magical Jeff Buckley "Grace" album, Timothy travelled the raging seas to New York, to perform at Gary Lucas’ request, performing two headline shows at The Knitting Factory, and getting airtime on WFNU; CHUO; and Kiac Radio, with solid plug in Time Out Magazine, and the famous Greenwich "Village Voice" earning the respect of established acts all over the world. On his return, he opened proceedings at Mr. Lucas’ hailed show at the legendary 12Bar club in Camden, receiving rave reviews, and much kudos from the tightly-packed audience. Just one man, one guitar, made to sound like an incendiary chorus of instruments, with a little of Timothy’s secret ingredient - passion. Soon to dominate the freak scene near you.
