Till the Morning Comes were formed in the summer of 2005, since then the band has seen developments in all areas such as sound, members, instruments and influences. In the early days of TTMC, Carlow born Shayne Byrne (keys) began to collaborate with Mullingar native Lisa Nugent (vocals). The group quickly began to set their mark on the Mullingar music scene when they debuted their live performance in The Stables. Since then the group have expanded and have acquired the services of Brian Murphy (guitars) whom Shayne met through working in Mullingar. TTMC have had their fair share of rhythm section changes but the final piece of the Jigsaw came with the addition of Brian Masterson (drums) and the return of former collaborator Conor McCauley (bass). Recent gigs that Till the Morning Comes have performed are The Saturday Sessions in Carlow, the jd set in the village (of which they were runners up in the final) and have supported Director, The Aftermath, The Pale and numerous other acts. TTMC recorded their eponymous e.p. at Silver Wood Studios in Wicklow with noted producer Galvin Ralston who has worked with the likes of Luan Parle, Steve Wickham and Phil Coulter to name but a few. The ep was mastered by Bill Jackobs in new york. Currently their lead song, 'So Easy' can be heard on radio stations across the country on the back of it's recent Independent Irish Music Chart success.
