TIGHT WHITE JEANS is a garage punk rock band from Brooklyn, NY. TWJ was hatched in 2007 by Jeff "JD" Wood (expat of the Seattle 90s madness) and drummer Dave Friel. They performed all over NYC, releasing an EP in 2009 and a full-length record "AN AMERICAN CLASSIC" in October 2010 until deciding in 2011 to continue developing the duo under the name The Likely Hoods.
