Jay was drinking his sorrows away one night. Then erupted into a heated discussion with 'handsome man' Rich about Kung Fu Panda the movie, and somewhere among the mess of gibberish and dark rum came the word "Tigerpunch", the greatest word ever uttered! Thus, the band was born under this most epic of names. The pair set to work on creating a heavy groove rock sound of godly proportions, inspired by the beauty and talents of Audioslave, Foo Fighters, Rage Against The Machine, Nirvana and..... The Aquabats. That summer, whilst sailing the seas of knowledge and nonsense (the internet), the pair came across the most smiley of smilers; a former hitman and canoe enthusiast, Russell Latham, who joined and completed the team of heroes!
