Tiffany Ng came to the carillon through the Yale University Guild of Carillonneurs in 2001. From 2004 to 2005, she served as Co-Chair, directing renovations and planning for the 2006 Congress of the Guild of Carillonneurs in North America (GCNA). She holds a bachelor's degree in Music and English from Yale and a professional certificate from the GCNA, and graduated magna cum laude from the Royal Carillon School "Jef Denyn" in Mechelen, Belgium where she studied with Geert D'hollander as a Fellow of the Belgian American Educational Foundation and graduated with the first perfect thesis score in the school's history. She also studied organ with Joris Verdin at the Royal Flemish Conservatory of Antwerp, and is serving as carillonist of the University of Rochester while completing a Master's Degree in Organ Performance & Literature and an Arts Leadership Certificate at the Eastman School of Music under the direction of William Porter. In the Preparatory Division of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Tiffany studied piano with Dr. William Wellborn, graduating with Honorary Distinction in 2001. She then studied the organ through the Yale Institute of Sacred Music and the carillon at Yale and the University of California, Berkeley. She has performed solo and group concerts and taken master classes throughout North America and Europe.
