Thursday By Six was a ska band from Rochester (near Detroit), Michigan, USA. The group met in High School and their shows were never without a certain amount of silliness. Originally the ensemble was vocals, guitar, bass, drums, trumpet, trombone, and saxophone. As they progressed and members progressively went to college and obtained more significant lives, some players were switched out for guys who had not yet obtained said lives. The veteran members would return for important shows. Their touring van was called the Destroyer 9000 and it was orange. TB6 played their last show in 2007 in Ann Arbor (where the majority of the band's former members attend university).
