The jazz pianist Thomas Rückert was born in 1970 in Würzburg. In 1999, he traveled to New York to his brother Jochen Rückert , who had lived there since 1995, to live in the metropolis of jazz. The New York experience brought in his first studio album, which emerged between 2002 and 2006 with his trio : "Debut " at JHM records (2002 ) , "Dust of doubt" in Pirouet Records ( 2004) and " Blue in Green " at Pirouet Records ( 2006). At the same time Thomas Rueckert joined in television and radio productions including WDR , and guested for example on the Istanbul Jazz Festival , the Jazz Festival Hilden , the Audi Jazz Festival in Cologne and many other prestigious festivals.
