Thomas Eldorado Gun III (Tommy to his friends). You may know Tommy from his time in any of these following bands: 40oz of Spite, The Hubies, Nuke & The Living Dead, Necrophilicons, The Beat-Ups, Ten Second March. As well as his solo work. Tommy plays what today would be considered Folk Punk. When he first started writing and recording acoustic punk records years ago, no one really called it that in Michigan. Years after releasing a hand full of records, other Folk Punk musicians in Michigan started to pop up more. It all started, mainly out of bordom of not playing in a band, Thomas Gun sat down and wrote a bunch of solo songs and went into the studio to record them. That outcome became 2003's "the Misadventures of a Deadbeat." 9 songs ranging from straight forward acoustic punk rock right down to some catchy sing-a-long rockabilly. In 2005 he recorded a demo EP entitled "the Drop Dead EP" with about 10 songs on it. In the summer of 2006 he layed down songs for an 8 track CD entitled "I'm Poison." Shortly after Halloween of 2006 he released a 4 song EP entitled the "Rotten EP." Sometime during January of 2007 he went into Rob Rotten's (Necrophilicons/Ten Second March) recording studio to lay down a couple new songs.. which were later released as the Black Cat Sessions. In the summer of 2008 Tommy released "Working With Rats & Thieves" his first true full length CD, 16 songs ranging from tales of being on the run as a hitman, murder, and monsters.
