Thin Dark Line is an intense five-piece rock band out of Reisterstown, Maryland. The band was formed in 2002 originally by two brothers, Bryan (Vocals) and Mike Barnes (Guitar). Brent Kaminski (Guitar) joined the lineup only a month after the band had begun. Mike Lawson (Bass) and Andy Cerdan (Drums) round out the lineup and the band has been astounding audiences with an exhausting live show ever since. Sadly though, around summer of 2006, Andy and Mike Lawson left the band. BUT, they are still all very good friends and that will never change. Bryan, Brent, and Mike [Barnes] will still be going strong. Now they are focused on writing and playing acoustics. Thousands of sales of two self-released EPs in the past two years and shows with some of the biggest acts in the indie scene: The Used, Thrice, Finch, Story of the Year, My Chemical Romance, etc... caught the attention of Florida-based label, One Eleven Records (The Spill Canvas, This Day & Age). After months of writing, rehearsing, recording and pre-production, the band set out to record "The Resolution" with producers, Matt Squire (Northstar, Midtown, The Receiving End of Sirens) and Paul Leavitt (Over It, Don't Look Down). The band recently completed its most successful tour to date: The 2005 One Eleven Records Artist Tour, featuring The Spill Canvas, This Day & Age and Mashlin.
