They Face Reaction is a post-hardcore/garage punk rock band originally from Curitiba, PR - Brazil. The band started out of Pedro C. Prosdocimo a.k.a. Greeps' first transition from punk/hardcore to post/hardcore garage punk songs, marking the ending of his previous band named S'punk the Monkey (then changed to Citizen Caged) that have been written sometime in of 2004. His partnership with Fabio Galliano a.k.a. Taibay gave birth to the first few songs and then Ren Volpi came to replace Taybay and divide the project's main songwritting. The two came from respectively Maybe Memories and Punks XV. Taybay also played in Citizen Caged along with Greeps. The original band members were also Guile from Boobarellas on drums, Fernando Castro on Bass and latter then Carlo Garofani on drums. Both came from a hardcore/punk band called Invict. They Face Reaction relocated to Chicago, IL - USA recently and have reformed. Their new formation constitute of Greeps, Ren and two new members from the Chicago area: Tyler Greenbaysucks on drums who also plays guitar in a band called Gunpanther and David Perrin on bass.
