Formed in 2003, These Days recorded their 6 song demo in April and began playing shortly after that. The band found a home at Run For Cover Records and released a 7" entitled Death Sentence. Title Fight Records also released an accompanying CD version of the EP which included two unreleased tracks and the demo. Having recently returned from a year long hiatus, they are once again playing the Bay Area and beyond in support of their latest release, a self-titled full length on This Blessing, This Curse records.
