This collaboration was an audiophile's dream project, with Sheffield Labs borrowing vocalist Thelma Houston from Motown. Pressure Cooker was comprised of a battery of session musicians. Their album was recorded over two days direct to the master laquer disc - no editing or overdubbing. The original release sold out its complete production run of 250,000.
