The_AIU is a electronic rockband formed in Tokyo, Japan on October 15, 2010. The_AIU consist of well-known Indonesian Aiu Ratna on vocals, Sohichi on guitar and Jesse on keyboard. Vocalist Aiu Ratna is well known in South East Asia, especially in her native land Indonesia where she's had an career for a long time with her former band Garasi. The_AIU released their first single "loser" on August 12, 2011 followed by their 1st Album "MINORITY" on September 21, 2011. They were also featured on indie-rock compilation music from frontline#3 (loser ver.0.) in September 2011.
