Zahir Khan AKA The Element AKA DJ ZY Is a UK born Producer/DJ He came incontact with House music at the age of 18 when he first experienced a night out at a warehouse rave in WestYorkshire in 1990, It was here he became hooked with the hypnotizing acid music and this is where the love affair started. Shortly after, he became obsessed with mixing vinyl and proceeded to become an acomplished House DJ . He has worked at several venues and radio stations across WestYorkshire. Several years later he then became enthrolled in the art of electronic music production,becoming familar with Cubase,samplers and syntherisers(hardware) The Element then enrolled at University in Huddersfield WestYorkshire UK to study Music Technolgy and sound engineering , were he passed with Distiction. The Element now is in full on production mode moving away from hardware based production to favour the digital revolution , making use of VST instruments and effects . He has always loved the Electro scene and is concentrating on producing killer Electro and Electro House tracks to shake any dance floor. Keep a look out for this raw up and coming talent as im sure you will agree his tracks are just getting better and bigger and that killer track is just around the corner.
