about

Fronted by Jules Altoé, musician since the age of 7 (she sings, plays guitar, bass guitar, keyboard and synthesizers), Brazil-based indie rock band The Zasters was formed when Jules met Na Sukrieh, multi-instrumentalist drummer, who had already played bass guitar and studied classical piano and tap dancing for many years (in addition to this, she is a very talented illustrator, who creates most of the band's arts). Together, they wrote and recorded the band's debut EP "This is a Disaster" (2017). Rafa Luna and André Celkevicius joined the band afterwards. André and Rafa were longtime friends, and had played together in other bands, along with having a sparkling passion for the punk / hardcore movement. In 2020, André joined the group as a bass player with his influences of pop punk / emo. Since Rafa's entry, the band produced videos for the following songs: Late Night Impressions and Awesome Dance Moves (both from This is a Disaster EP) and the singles Come See The Band (which figured 6 months on the Spotify editorial playlist "Indie Brasil") and Going Down (which was streamed on TV channels such as Music Box Brasil and Pla
