The Young Electric is everything their name implies: high energy, fresh alternative rock. This Provo, Utah based alternative rock band was formed in early 2007 by brothers Riley and Drew Hamnett, along with Natty Coleman, and Mat Deason. Since the band’s inception, these guys have worked nonstop writing songs, practicing, playing shows, and perfecting their sound. With a new album on the way in November 2011 on Tragic Hero Records, and a national radio campaign underway for their new single "Golden", things have culminated in their most serious effort to date to get their sounds into as many ears as possible.
