The Yellow Peddled Flowers is a grunge blues garage band trio from Snohomish, Washington. Consisting of: Mason Fruehauf on guitars and vocals, Daniel Bayles on the drums and vocals, Breckin Johnson on the bass. They were born as a side project from a dismantled quartet metal band named Rust. Three of the members, Mason Fruehauf, Alex Taylor, and Daniel Bayles broke off and rose from punk and blues roots. Their debut album, “Blooming” released on October 17, 2021. After Taylor left the band due to personal issues, he was replaced by Fruehauf’s oldest friend from school, Breckin Johnson. Although still new to his craft, Johnson quickly locked into Bayles’ drumming and following Mason’s lead on most of their second album, “Blues Identity”, released on September 15th, 2022. After “Blues Identity”, the trio’s jam sessions got heavier. These jams would be the groundwork for their third album, released February 27th, 2023: Factomonium. The album included some of the their favorite work they’ve written, and is held responsible for the trio’s sound and catchiness today. Their fourth album, Hungry Man City, is now available on all steaming services with a kick of psychedelia to their heavy sounds from Factomonium.
