the world is not flat! is the trans-atlantic folk duo project of chris faroe and roxanne: the early years. roxanne and chris haunt wadham chapel, oxford and their whispered harmonies can be heard lingering in its high ceilings when the chapel is otherwise empty. the world is not flat! have lived on every continent, including antarctica and plan to record albums on location in Japan, Canada, South Africa, and Greenland as well as one on their wooden boat as they cross the atlantic. their self-titled EP, recorded in Wadham College chapel, oxford has been released through the oxford-based label jam jar records. it proclaims to all interested (and disinterested) parties globally that THE WORLD IS NO LONGER FLAT!
