The Whiskey Diaries are balls out punk influeced rock 'n' roll band. Starting as a 5 piece, they grew into a 6 piece and are now back to a 5 piece. Releasing their debut studio EP in September of 2005 on Hell City Records, they have proven to be a heavy hitter in Detroit. They're sound is akin to that of the Stooges crossed with the MC5 getting in a fight with Motorhead and AC/DC. They claim to sound like "that time when you decide to cure your hangover by drinking again..." and a mixture of "whiskey, drugs, and sex." They are not for the faint of heart, trust me.
