The WallPapers (ages 15-17) first performed live together in March 2008 in their hometown of Paris, France. In Summer 2008, the band released their homemade album "We Are On The Wall" through MySpace. By February of 2009, they were signed to US-based Revel Music Group, headed by 9 time Grammy winner Joe "The Butcher" Nicolo, President of Revel Music Group and founder of the legendary Ruffhouse Records (signed The Fugees, Cypress Hill, Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean, Kris Kross; RIAA Certified 100 times Platinum). The band was found by and is currently recording their debut studio album with David Kahne (Grammy winning producer of Paul McCartney, Sublime, Sugar Ray, Taking Back Sunday, Sting). The band currently splits time between Paris and New York City where they are recording their debut studio album, performing live and keeping up with their schoolwork.
