The VOODOO SWAMP DADDIES are a Garage, Swamp Stomp, Surf-twang and Trashabilly influenced trio from Melbourne, Australia. Whilst we primarily concentrate on the original compositions of singer/guitarist Baron Franco, we also put our own rock-a-billy spin on some classic rock tunes, all dosed up with lashings of spaghetti western surfbeat twang, and 60's garage band and stompin' swamp rock, trashabilly energy. Franco doesn't write your typical boy meets girl/fall in love/break-up song. With his heart broken countless times a good dose of humour was the only way for him to move on. Song titles such as "Gothic Girl Boogie", "Voodoo Baby", "I like 'Em Cold", and "Girl I Don't Know You", say it all!
