The Vanishing Art was a post-hardcore/alternative rock band from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. The Vanishing Art was comprised of ex-members of Figaro, Gorgitron & Northsoutheastwest. The Milwaukee four-piece entered the studio with the producing and engineering team of Ben Kasica and Nick Rad (Acceptance, Hangnail) in the spring of 2008. Since releasing their songs digitally in the summer of '08 as well as completing a spring '08 Midwest / Canadian tour, the band steadily cultivating a rabid fan-base and toured relentlessly following their 2008 self-titled EP.
