THE VAIL is an Industrial Rock band from Hot Springs, Arkansas. Singer and guitarist, Devin Castle, began writing music for The Vail in 2004. Because of other projects such as Mourningside and Soul Embraced with Rocky Gray (Evanescence, We Are the Fallen and Living Sacrifice), Devin didn't focus exclusively on The Vail until five years later, when he joined with guitarist, Josh Ford, bassist Tyler Haley and drummer Trey Lamberth to fully launch the band. In late 2009, The Vail recorded a self-titled EP and as copies sold, word quickly spread and The Vail found themselves playing larger and larger shows, alongside bands such as Rob Zombie, Godsmack, Seether, Lacuna Coil, Hell Yeah, Kill Hannah, Egypt Central, Future Leaders of the World, Allyria, Janus, and many more. 2010 sees the band writing their debut full-length album and also celebrating their signing with US Management and Artist Development Firm, The Inner Light Agency. The band’s agent, Damon Moreno of iLA says: “The Vail is definitely a band to watch. These songs are solid and the band has a clear artistic vision.
