The UpRiZ3N is an American hip hop group originating from Guthrie, OK. UpRiZ3N emerged on the Oklahoma scene by independently releasing several songs locally. The name of the group means to rise up and beyond.The group's founding members,C-Rage and Snap, grew up on the same block, they rapped and made tracks together. When C-Rage was a senior in high school he started the group, they gained several new members. Unfortunately some of them lacked skills on the mic, so they decided to start a car club. Disappointed by the situation C-Rage vowed to always keep it real and never let the UpRiZ3N name be used in any other way. C-Rage born Christopher Lowe (June 17, 1980 in Oklahoma City, OK) linked up with Snap, Brandon Brown (September 7, 1983). Later he would meet Herman DeAugustino in Spokane, WA and form the official UpRiZ3N. They are currently working on the new mix-tape, "The Darkness".When they first picked up mics they knew it was time...to rise...
