The Trickster is the solo project of Samuel Newson. Sam lives in Oregon and plays music in his garage until he can record. Recording comes rarely and is generally clumped together. More recordings may begin to appear. Mr. Newson plays many instruments including piano, saxophone, vocal chords (his own), guitar, drums, banjo, whistle, flute and more. The Tricksters first release was a demo disc entitled "Missing Persons". Meant as a full CD but strangled by poor recording equipment it quickly turned into a demo disc. Only 20 copies of this album have been made making it quite rare! Most of the music can be found online at Last Fm. or the site ThE TrICKSTeR The Trickster is currently working up music with the industrial mind of Project Smammi. Project Smammi is the brain child of Zach Pearman and the two intend to mix a splash acoustic music into the cosmos of industrial rock.
