THE SWEET KILL is a one-man Post-Punk, Dark & Gothic diviner of millenarian angst. Driven by cold synths, atmospheric guitar, minimal drums, melodic bass, multi-instrumentalist and velvety crooning baritone, Pete Mills conducts a cinematic Darkwave masterpiece of romantic sorrow echoing the laments of the Cure and Joy Division. In 2022, Mills brought The Sweet Kill to life. To inspire those lost in the shadows of life The Sweet Kill cemented itself as one of the acts to watch with unveiling of the 2023 album Darkness. The Sweet Kill is the phoenix rising from the ashes of projects past and entering a new era of artistry. Shadow Zone Sound is his own studio where Mills records and produces all THE SWEET KILL material. “Undead” and “Forbidden” are the current singles from the highly anticipated sophomore album Nowhere which comes out on Young & Cold Records (Germany) and Shadow Zone Records (USA).
