The Sunday Drive began in 2004 with the collaboration of vocalist/guitarist Chris Robertson and guitarist Zach Bond. The two began writing together remaining a two-piece acoustic act for nearly a year before they began to branch out. After audition held in the bands practice space and the departure of two previous drummers the band was eventually formed. Guitarist Ryan Nottage, drummer Ryan Colvin and bassist Tiffany Cuhna would all remain key players through the release of the bands only record 'Straight On 'Til Morning'. Bassist Wayne Henrique would eventually replace Tiffany and fill out the final chapter with the band in 2007. Both Chris and Zach have continued their musical careers since the bands split. Chris started a solo project titled 'The Whale and The Wave' and Zach has played and tour with bands including Fly Upright Kite, Hollywood Lies, and Ellacassette. He is currently working on a project with his long time friends Sean O'Coin, Rich Funk and his younger brother Max.
