The coming together of four friends steeped in punk-rock history. Drawing on influences from Kid Dynamite, 7Seconds, Descendents and Good Clean Fun; they play urgent, catchy, fast, humerous, socially conscious and informative melodic hardcore, that is the most exciting punk rock we've heard in a very long time. The Steal's last ever show was on a day in September 2009 with Paint It Black, Ceremony and Our Time Down Here at the Peel in Kingston, Uk. Throughout the band's career they had released 2 LPs, a 10" split, a 7" split and 2 Radio One Lock Up Sessions (in 2006 and 2008).
