The Snipes are a Boston based punk rock band that formed in early 2009. They are an energetic five piece who blend Melodic Punk, Street Rock, Ska, and Hardcore. The Snipes have recorded one E.P. entitled “Days Gone By” which is available through iTunes. A follow up full length album is tentatively slated for release late 2011. Having already shared the stage with popular local and touring acts such as Street Dogs, Hub City Stompers, Lenny Lashley(Darkbuster), Continental(ex-Dropkick Murphy’s) and Beantown Boozehounds, just to name a few, The Snipes are well on their way to becoming another one of Boston's punk rock mainstays.
